D id you understand why all of the questions on the Assessment tool pointed to environmental health risks? There were a few questions that I did not know the answer to, therefore, I marked them N/A. I knew a majority of these because I am a recent first time home buyer and observed multiple home inspections. Did you discover any environmental risks in your home by completing the home assessment? At this time, the only real environmental risks I discovered were the number of candles we burn. I know that burning candles is not good for the air. In the home assessment, why did we want to know about the age of your home? The age of a home can create an impact on the environmental health risks. Some older homes have lead paint in them. Additionally, older homes can contain products that are now considered health risks. Why would we want to know if someone lives in the basement?
